Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to assist you. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Returns
We want you to love what you ordered! However, if you are not satisfied, we offer returns on items purchased directly from our website within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
- Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
How to Return an Item:

Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once you have received approval, return the item(s) to the following address:

South AfricaPlease note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
- If you paid by debit/credit card, refunds will be made back to the card used for the purchase.
- If you paid via EFT, we will refund the amount to your bank account, and you may be required to provide bank details.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, we recommend processing a return for the original item and placing a new order.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please notify us immediately at sales@topspeedsolutions.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a free return and either provide a replacement or process a refund.
5. Change of Mind
We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, so please ensure that you carefully check the size, color, and product details before completing your order.
6. Consumer Protection
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you do choose to cancel your purchase, please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered, and you will be refunded for the full purchase price (excluding any shipping or handling fees). Please note that this right does not apply to certain types of goods, such as those that are sealed for health protection reasons (e.g. hygiene products).
